I’m working on a piece about what vitamins or supplements should not be taken with coffee, and I’m looking to quote a registered dietitian for expert insights. Specifically, I’d love your help answering the following questions:
What vitamins are best to take at a different time than coffee?
What about tea—can you mix these vitamins with tea, or should that also be timed separately?
If you have additional insights into how coffee affects nutrient absorption or suggestions for the best time of day to take common supplements, I’d love to include that as well.
