Many people want to practice good sleep hygiene, and some social media users swear by zero-gravity beds as a way to improve their sleep. I am working on a story for Verywell Health about this sleep position, and I am hoping to connect with a credentialed sleep medicine expert who would be willing to share their insights for this story.
Specifically, I am hoping the expert can discuss:
-benefits of the zero-gravity sleep position
-who would benefit the most from sleeping in this position
-any risks and/or any reasons why they would not recommend someone sleep in the zero-gravity position
-how frequently should you sleep in this position (in other words, is it safe to sleep like this every night)
I am available for an email interview or a quick 20-minute or less phone or Zoom interview. I only want to connect with a credentialed sleep medicine expert who works at a university or hospital.

Why does my stomach hurt more as I get older?
What impact does aging have on the stomach
Hello, I am working on a story for Verywell Health about sunscreen, and I am looking for a dermatologist who can share their insights for this story. Specifically, I would like to discuss how to pick a safe and effective sunscreen, SPF recommendations, how much to use, and whether spray or cream works better.
Dermatologists and health experts, how much sun exposure do you need to get enough vitamin D?
Do you need the same amount (minutes) in all seasons, weather and where you live?
Does sunscreen block vitamin D formation and if so how do you get enough vitamin D without getting sunburned?
How can you get vitamin D without sun and does everyone still need some sun every day if they can?
What didn't we ask?
notes: health providers including dermatologists, preventive care specialists, oncologists, nurses preferred.
MDs or exercise physiologists with deep understanding of exercise and health, why could interval walking be better for people than just plain walking or other exercise?
