For this story, I'm looking for licensed food safety experts (food scientists, food academics, current/former employees of government safety agencies like the FDA/USDA/CDC) to explain how long it's safe for consumers to keep freshly-pressed juices in their fridges.

-If someone uses a juicer to make their own fresh-pressed juice at home, how long will that juice remain safe to drink if stored in the fridge? Does the answer differ depending on the specific fruits/vegetables used to make the juice? Please explain.
-If someone buys a fresh-pressed juice at a juice bar and wants to store it in the fridge afterwards, how long will that juice stay fresh? Is it a different length of time than a juice pressed at home, and why or why not?
-What's the best way to store fresh juice in the fridge to make it last as long as possible?
-Is it possible/recommended to freeze fresh-pressed juice and defrost it for later use? Are there any food safety risks with this idea?
