I'm looking for real estate agents to talk about how sellers don't always need to stage/update a home, particularly for sellers of older homes. I want to point out that sellers shouldn't feel the need to stage if it will cause financial hardship or will take away from classic charms. I want to point out vintage features of old homes that buyers will love, and shouldn't be hidden or covered, like vintage lights, vintage tile, crown molding, built-ins, etc.
