Looking for thought leadership, or just insightful commentary on a two-CEO structure at companies. Co-CEOs are back in the news with Spotify, Comcast, and Oracle recently announcing co-CEOs rather than the traditional structure. This may or may not be a trend, but I'm going to write about these types of leadership structures, and explore the pros and cons, common pitfalls, and the opportunities they present, and what it takes to do this successfully.

Which market sectors are more impacted? We're thinking defense contractors (delayed payments), travel (air traffic control, TSA staffing), and government contractors.
