I'm looking for women in their 40s, 50s, or 60s (non-experts) in the U.S. or Canada who can discuss their experience with high stress reactivity—periods where their stress became overly intense or prolonged, causing them to be in a state of constant high alert or to go from 0 to 100 emotionally when confronted with minor challenges. I'd like to hear about the factors that led to this state of hyper-reactivity and what you did to deal with it or calm it. Must be willing to use your real name, age, and location.
