Stopover holidays - where you stop somewhere for a mini-break on the way to somewhere else - are on the rise and I'm looking for tips on how to use them to maximise your budget. Specifically, I want to know who are the travellers and why are they travelling this way? Can you actually save money by booking a stopover holiday? Or is it more of a comfort thing? Are there any downsides to travelling this way? What are some of the most popular stopover destinations? And what makes them so popular vs competitors? What are destinations/airlines/hotels doing to elevate the experience? What are some of the emerging destinations for stopovers? This opportunity is for print so links will not be included.

I'm looking for real women (not experts) who can share their experiences with painful or uncomfortable in-office gynecologic procedures such as insertion of an IUD, a colposcopy, or an endometrial biopsy.
