This will be a very straightforward story helping beginner runners and runners figure out their running paces (i.e. mile, 5k, 10K, half, and marathon pace, plus easy runs) even if they've never raced before. I'm looking to explain why training at different paces matters and different ways to determine those paces (RPE, heart rate, etc.).
