I need nutrition experts, either RDNs or MDs (anyone without these credentials need not apply as the publication won’t accept it) to comment on the health benefits of flax seeds. What are their greatest health benefits and I’d love detail about why (so if we say they are good for heart health, I need to know why.) How much does one need to eat to reap these health benefits? And why is the ground up version better for you than whole? How would you use them in everyday eating? Thank you!
