--How do you know that you're not eating enough fiber? Any clues?
--Why do you think our diet is so sorely lacking in fiber?
--What is fiber and why is it so important?
--What kind of issues could you face if your diet lacks fiber? Aka what kind of health benefits can you expect from a fiber-rich diet?
--What is an easy to remember goal or guidepost to follow to ensure you're getting enough fiber?
When responding, please use conversational language that you'd be using with a patient to explain to them the importance of fiber.
